Not far from the city center of Gütersloh there is a 500 m² natural plot of land on which two tree houses 
were built in 2019. These tree houses fit into the image of the garden and were built on behalf of the existing trees. The 9 oaks that surround the construction are over one hundred years old and very impressive. The entire project was carried out with great attention to detail and nature. That is why only healthy materials made from renewable raw materials were used.
 
When you arrive at the property you first see the covered carports and the single-storey entrance building. In the entrance building are two storage / utility rooms. Bikes can be parked there.

A gate leads into the garden which is surrounded by an opaque beech hedge.
This separation from the outside creates a special privacy so that you can enjoy
your stay to yourself. On the ground floor there is a room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
A wide external staircase leads to the tree houses at a height of 3.60 m.

Everything is kept very open in the tree house. Apart from a modern bathroom with a shower there are no individual room dividers. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, electric stove, microwave and sink. There is a dining table with 4 chairs, a sofa and a TV cabinet.
The built-in wardrobe offers enough space in the sleeping area.
There is also a double bed above which a ceiling window grants an 
extraordinary view. The equipment also includes cable TV, radio and WLAN (high-speed internet access).
The houses are heated with underfloor heating under the oak floorboards.
This means that you can stay in the tree houses at any time of the year.

The south-west facing balconies allow you to relax undisturbed and enjoy the view of the treetops.
